Part of the local EurIPS organization team recently visited the conference venue to discuss room layouts and other basic logistics that we all tend to take for granted.

The venue – Bella Center – is Scandinavia’s second largest exhibition and conference center with a capacity of up to 30,000 (20x what we expect!) people. The venue has its own metro stop, so it’s easily accessible from most of Copenhagen, including the airport and the main train station.

The team tried to be hip and trendy and recorded a short video from the venue, in case you want to see the venue before it’s all dressed up.
