Financial Hardship Registration Waiver

Travel grants in the form of registration fee waivers for students presenting at EurIPS.

About the Program

We are pleased to announce that EurIPS is launching travel grants as part of its commitment to inclusion. These grants take the form of registration fee waivers and are intended for students presenting a NeurIPS paper at the conference.

The goal of the support is to alleviate financial difficulties that might otherwise hinder participation to the conference.

Eligibility

  • Must be a student
  • Must be presenting a NeurIPS paper at EurIPS
  • Must have registered (or planning to register) with a student registration

Students who have already registered for EurIPS are also eligible. In this case, the grant will take the form of a reimbursement of your registration fees.

Students who are not yet registered should apply through the link on this webpage and will get a free registration if selected. If you have not registered yet and are applying for the registration fee waiver, please wait to hear back from us on your application before registering.

Important Information

Rolling evaluation of the applications starting from October 17.

Please note that the number of available travel grants is limited. We kindly ask that you apply only if this support would alleviate financial difficulties that might otherwise hinder your participation. This will help ensure that students who have not yet registered and are in financial need can take advantage of the program.
