We are pleased to announce the EurIPS 2025 workshop selections. Out of 52 submitted proposals, 18 were accepted following an accelerated review period supported by 39 volunteer reviewers. We thank the community for the rapid, high-quality turnaround.
We look forward to seeing these workshops come to life in December.
We recently visited the conference venue to discuss room layouts and other basic logistics that we all tend to take for granted. The venue – Bella Center – is Scandinavia’s second largest exhibition and conference center. The team tried to be hip and trendy and recorded a short video from the venue, in case you want to see the venue before it’s all dressed up.

NeurIPS is endorsing EurIPS, a meeting taking place in Copenhagen this year.
While independent meetings like EurIPS have been organized by community members in the past, this year NeurIPS is experimenting with providing one with more formal support.
EurIPS is a community-driven conference that makes world-class AI research accessible to Europe by showcasing papers accepted at NeurIPS, the most prestigious AI conference globally. By bringing together researchers, industry leaders, and innovators, EurIPS creates a unique networking hub that connects academic breakthroughs with real-world applications, reducing the need for transcontinental travel.
The conference features three days of keynotes, paper presentations and poster sessions on Dec. 3-5, 2025. This is followed by two days of community-organized workshops on Dec. 6-7, 2025. We are soliciting proposals for workshops (see below).
EurIPS is an experimental initiative which is endorsed by NeurIPS, Nordic AIR and is co-developed by ELLIS. The conference is hosted at Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The conference is co-located with the ELLIS UnConference on Dec. 2, 2025, and serves as the kick-off event for EurIPS. This community event invites the European ML/AI community to join a series of ELLIS-organized workshops and a open poster session where any participant can showcase their papers published at top conferences during 2025.
